Female Sexuality Scale

What is a Sexual Woman? You will find no References here, no citations in Peer-Reviewed Journals, no Manuscripts, Abstracts, or Editorials. But think about it. If we were to 'categorize' Women into Sexuality Classifications, how would we do so? Before reading on, jot down a few notes. Look away from your screen and take a moment to reflect.

This is not meant as an authoritative nor a comprehensive list. It does not include the pubescent stage or the pre-menstrual teen. For anatomic purposes, orgasms are defined as deriving or occurring in the following places: clitoris, G-spot/vagina, rectum, or nipples. When no stimulation occurs and orgasm is attained, this is called Unstimulated. All of these classifications are, by definition, acquired orgasms with the use of manual, oral, and/or penile contact. No objects or sexual 'toys' are used.

Similar to Childbearing status and number of Pregnancies with outcomes, we propose that a FEMALE SEXUALITY Scale can be assigned to women. In this manner, future research studies could focus on a subset(s) of Groups, rendering the possibility of attaining more scientific information.

CATEGORIES OF FEMALE SEXUALITY

 If a Woman is regularly experiencing orgasm, add the designation "R" at the end of the Category, to designate regularity. Child-Bearing Status may affect sexual desire, and this is Classified as a "/" and then the assigned number. For the non-sexually active woman, the Classification would be "/0". The total number of sexual partners is designated lastly, in parentheses (e.g., 1).

Per the standard Ob/Gyn Classification, the traditional Child-Bearing Scale can be designated to demonstrate number of pregnancies, miscarriages, number of living children, etc.   These factors probably have impact on Female Sexuality as well, but future studies are needed to classify child-bearing status with Female Sexuality Categories.

3. Case History: A 28 year old Non-Virgin, married. She regularly has one G-Spot/vaginal and one Clitoral orgasm with intercourse. She has had 1 sexual partner in the past. She has never had any reproductive operations. She is on Contraception and is a nullip.

4. Case History: A 23 yo Non-Virgin, who had a Total hysterectomy and Bilateral Salpingo-oopherectomy (TAH-BSO). She has never had an orgasm and is not sexually active. She has had 2 sexual partners in the past.

5. Case History: 55 yo woman who complains of night sweats, heat flashes, and insomnia. She has had three sexual partners, with combined multi-orgasmic clitoral and G-spot/vaginal orgasm. She is not sexually active.
